Vostal stopped short, his blade falling away from the corpse. Eyes dim, he stared at the shell left before him. In the tangle of her long, elegant hair the silver hue was being consumed by crimson. How sad. Bowing his head, Vostal smiled tightly. It was...a tragedy somehow. For everything that he had wanted still to say to her.
A tremor of insanity flushed through him.

"How...convenient," he murmured looking dimly to Amber who stood in his way. This woman then too? She was...Eurial. Grimm suddenly felt alarmingly light in his hands. How long had he been in the shadow of the fools that had escaped Nema's blessing? Even this Eurial here before him...was not of this blessed world. "You're an abomination to the woman I've chosen to love." He nodded to the stilled body of Negumi rapidly loosing its heat to touch of death. "Just as she was. You really did me quite a big favor."
He flicked his Damia up behind his back and tipped himself forward in a motion that was not quite as innocent as it seemed, shooting the arched blade over his shoulder slyly to decapitate his unsuspecting victim. (12)
"Those who do not have her blessing are abominations to the purity of the world she desires. Guess that means I'm obligated to kill them all, Yeah?"
He chuckled. Suddenly his new goal was quite clear.

Nema nodded and opened a port to the requested area. It wasn't until she stepped from the liquid pool to stand in real time before a bloodstained Vostal that the saint truly took in the reality of her surroundings. So this...was the world of the aftermath.
She rested eyes of the deepest black upon the man. "Winmei's labyrinth has not changed in the short time I've been away," her soft tones reminded him.
He too then, had not altered. The man was a vision in every aspect of the word. For him to appear as he did now however...She swept her attention over the beautifully ebon wash of his wings and the near luminescent gold hue of his eyes. He had done so much for her. Smiling, Nema outstretched a hand towards Vostal as though speaking a silent invitation only understood between them.

The room fell silent for a moment as the magess fell, Her demise seemingly unimportant in wake of the avatar's entrance into this dimension after so long. Dimenish took Nema's reappearance to her advantage, forming into the world through the shadows as her previous lover fell, catching the scythe between nimble fingers, her body gone as quickly as it appeared.

"until we meet again amber.....thank you for my weapon."

"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" Pasquale screeched as he approached his now headless partner, sinking to the ground like an undersized boulder. "VOSTAL!!!!!!!!" he exclaimed, crying out to the mad euphoric before him. "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!!!! WE WERE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT YOU!! NOT DIE BY YOUR HANDS!"

He stood dumbfounded and exasperated, eyes still fixated on his lifelong friend, now laying, blood seeping from her still body. Rage filled his eyes. An almost self-righteous aura surrounded him as thoughts of attacking flooded his mind. His hand somehow placed itself on the blades of his staff as he suddenly thought better of the idea.

Unfortunately, his thoughts weren't controlling his actions at the moment. He withdrew both blades from his staff and started in a rampage at Vostal. Protecting a murderer didn't seem to matter to him any longer. He had to avenge his best friend's death.
