Quin nodded and gathered the force of his element into the whole of his being. It was an impressive and difficult thing to muster even half the strength it took to do what he intended next, but if it would give the masses even a slight chance of survival for his future fun, he was game. Exhaling the gathered force all at once the kid set the scene ablaze in blinding white light that seared through the dark with almost physically painful brilliance.

Auto ability triggered: BLACKOUT: -8 to all enemy and ally rolls for 2 posts, zero damage to both sides, No vision.

"Regroup!" he shouted through the blinding light, "If you can run take off for water! Horrors won't touch that element!"

She was off with terrifying speed, her body seeming simply to disappear for several seconds only to reappear for a moment before continuing the process, speaking in short bursts between vaults. "how.....much water........do we need fighter?"

Vostal took off smartly with the others and headed for the bridge dragging the furious red-head with him realizing the man was a little too strong headed to just up and flee a battle like the rest of them. Throwing the other male over his shoulder he sprinted for dear life. "I say we fucking swim at this point!" he hollered to the others. "I don't know about you but I'm not willing to take any chances with something that damn big!"

Pasquale lifted his head up as the Euphoric carried him away. His ribs ached. After all, he took quite a beating back in the distance. "The sky seems darker today" he though to himself out loud. Was it a cause of his brain being sloshed around by the beast behind them? He couldn't tell but right now he knew he didn't have the time to contemplate it. He shifted himself closer to Vostal's ears and mumbled "i think I can take it from here", as he slid off his shoulders and somehow felt a second wind overcoming his body.

They all swam like hell. The fear seemed to be enough of a motivation to get him to keep up the pace despite his injuries.

Where were the others going? Hesitating for the width of a heartbeat, he finally decided to follow suite. If it was severe enough for everyone else to run, it was sufficient enough for him. Diemos took off running on all fours kicking up debris. For now, we were allies.

Upon an unspoken request Ill took off after those attempting to escape. Because he was neither reaper nor Horror it was an easy task and one he knew he was destined to carry out. The pain that was numbing his body slowly to the world kept his thoughts from anything that might have strayed him from his thoughts. Crushing his hands against the cavity of his chest feeling an unrelenting anguish writing inside him the shell screamed with blood curdling shrillness and removed from his body a glass lance, a weapon materialized through the hands of Fate itself. He lunged back and hurled the weapon with un-realized skill launching it towards the retreating backs turned to him.
Midair the weapon shattered into multiple fragments, raining down upon the field in a shower of potentially fatal fragments.

"Holy shit these things don't quit!" He barked diving under the surface of the water a split second too late to avoid being snared by the shower of glass coming seemingly from no freaking where. The euphoric gasped and made way for the surface dragging a few of his flailing companions with him. "IS THERE A BETTER WAY TO AVOID DEATH IN THIS SITUATION?!" He screamed at the kid who had initially come to help them. If this kept up they were as good as dead and it was three more hours before dawn even hit the rooftops of Nomidian territory! Another spray of glass flew their way and Vostal winced as the painfully jagged shards embedded themselves in his flesh. A vibrant string of curses flew out of his mouth. "I'm wet! I'm bleeding, My drugs are probably soggy...!" He stopped to tread water and point accusingly at Illya. "YOU OWE ME A PACK OF CIGARETTES!"

She hit the water right as the spray of glass broke the surface, barely dodging the torrent of projectiles that surged through the zone, thankfull to whatever the hell the young man had done to cause the demon's attacks to veer off course. "well.....we should be fine now." She spoke as he head broke the surface, her body alight with pleasure as she savored the feeling of every tiny droplet that ran down her face and hair to reform around her.
